Climate change impacts are affecting every part of the globe. In this virtual reality video, “Reimaging the Forest City” you will meet Derek, a local high student learning about a phenomenon called “urban heat island”. Derek will share the past, present and future of his neighborhood and the impacts of a warming climate on an aging neighborhood as well as some options to slow the effects of global warming.
